RangerOS · Field Operating System

Run your ranger program from one place.

Section 02 · Platform

The operating layer between country work and compliance.

RangerOS replaces the stack of spreadsheets, paper diaries and disconnected portals. One multi-tenant web app, an offline mobile companion, and every record feeds safer work, cleaner handover and funding-ready reports.

P/01

Field operations

Patrols, sightings, incidents, tasks, safety checks, burns, feral control and weed control share one operational record.

P/02

Station logistics

Assets, maintenance, fuel tanks, fuel prices, cattle prices and mustering ROI are built into the same daily workspace.

P/03

Country awareness

BOM weather, tides, sea-level residuals, cyclone banners and DEA fire hotspots keep coordinators ahead of risk.

P/04

Reporting engine

AI drafts NIAA-aligned period reports from source records, then deterministic quality checks flag audit risks before submission.

Section 03 · Field

Field work becomes reporting fuel automatically.

  1. Step 0101/03

    Capture

Rangers log patrols, sightings and tasks on web or mobile, even with no signal.

  2. Step 0202/03

    Verify

Coordinators reconcile fuel, assets, safety checks and overdue work each morning.

  3. Step 0303/03

    Submit

RangerOS drafts narratives, runs quality checks and exports NIAA-ready evidence.

Section 04 · Reporting

NIAA returns written from the work already done.

RangerOS aggregates patrols, incidents, control logs, burns, fuel, safety and training into a structured brief, then drafts a NIAA-style narrative using Australian-region Bedrock AI. Coordinators edit, run deterministic quality checks, then export DOCX or PDF.

Sovereign by design

Self-hosted Docker, Australian AWS region, no third-party analytics or telemetry.

Quality before upload

Reproducible red & amber checks flag records likely to fail audit, months after submission.

Section 05 · Offline

The field app keeps working out of coverage.

RangerOS Mobile brings task updates, incident reports, activity records and fuel movements onto the device. Work saves locally, stays visible while offline, then replays to the server when the device has coverage again.

Mobile app status · Field testing

RangerOS Mobile is being tested and refined with real field workflows. Screens and sync behaviour may change as field feedback is folded into upcoming releases.

  • 01Tasks, incidents, activities and fuel movements can be recorded from the field.
  • 02Photos, GPS coordinates and weather context stay attached to the record when available.
  • 03Offline writes are queued on the device and replay safely when coverage returns.
  • 04Rejected or conflicting records stay visible for review instead of disappearing silently.
TasksTasks list

Assigned work stays readable on the device, with urgent and in-progress tasks easy to find in the field.

TasksTask updates

Rangers can add status, notes and photos against assigned work while the device is away from signal.

IncidentsIncident reports

Incident records keep type, severity and status visible so coordinators can follow up once the team is back in coverage.

ActivitiesDynamic activities

Server-defined templates let teams capture the right field data without rebuilding the app for every form.

FuelFuel reserves

Fuel reserves are available in the same mobile workflow, so tank levels and field logistics stay connected.

Section 06 · Procurement

Built by Yuma IT, a Supply Nation Certified Indigenous business.

RangerOS gives procurement teams a direct path to verify Supply Nation certified software for Indigenous procurement. Yuma IT's public Supply Nation profile sits beside the product evidence, so buyers can assess capability and supplier diversity in the same pass.

Section 07 · Pricing

Published pricing. No guessing.

Fixed tier pricing in AUD, GST included. The tier price is the price — running below the included user count does not lower it.

Section 07 · Walkthrough

Built for the morning briefing and the quarterly return.

From cattle prices to fire hotspots, RangerOS gives coordinators one place to plan the day, assign the work and prove the outcomes when the quarter closes.
